Refund policy
Returns, Replacements, Refunds & Credits Policy
Because our products are freshly prepared, perishable, and made-to-order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
Damaged, Missing, or Unsatisfactory Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@livnutrition.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once reviewed, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the affected item(s)
- Issue a partial or full refund
- Apply a credit to your account for a future delivery
- Provide a discount code to apply toward a future order
Refunds, if issued, may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Credits & Account Adjustments
If a credit is issued, it may be applied in one of the following ways:
- Automatically applied to your next subscription renewal
- Added as an account balance to use on a future order
- Delivered in the form of a unique discount code
Credit method is determined by LIV Nutrition based on the situation and account status.
Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays
Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays caused by factors outside of LIV Nutrition’s control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Natural disasters or unforeseen transit disruptions
If a delivery is fully canceled by us, affected meals or products will be credited back to your account or added to the end of your subscription cycle.
If that timing does not work for you, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate an alternative solution.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate and safe delivery address
- Retrieve deliveries promptly after they are delivered
- Store products according to handling instructions (refrigerate/freeze immediately)
We cannot replace or refund orders that spoil due to delayed retrieval.
